Shipping policy

At Upina, we ship our organic, fair-trade Guayusa tea across Canada, to the United States, and internationally.

 

Canada

Free shipping on orders of $150 CAD and up. Orders under $150 CAD ship for a flat rate of $14 CAD. Estimated delivery: 3-9 business days.

 

United States

Flat rate of $20 CAD for packages under 2.26kg, or $35 CAD for packages 2.26kg and up. Estimated delivery: 4-8 business days.

 

International

Flat rate of $40 CAD to all other countries. Estimated delivery: 6-10 business days. Express options (DHL Express, FedEx) are also available at checkout at calculated rates.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer unless prepaid at checkout.
