Upina Guayusa Tea ships organic, Fairtrade Guayusa tea across Canada, to the United States, and internationally.

Canada
Free shipping is available on qualifying retail orders from $149–$300 CAD. Orders below $149 CAD are charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Orders over 10 lb are considered bulk or wholesale-sized orders and require a custom shipping quote. Please contact Upina directly before placing larger orders so we can calculate shipping accurately for your destination.

Estimated delivery: approximately 3–9 business days.

United States
Free shipping is available on qualifying retail orders from $149–$300 CAD.

Smaller U.S. orders are charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout. Orders over 10 lb require a custom shipping quote. Please contact Upina directly for larger bulk or wholesale orders.

Estimated delivery: approximately 4–8 business days.

International
International shipping rates are shown at checkout where available. Carrier-calculated or express options such as DHL, FedEx, or Canada Post may be offered depending on the destination.

Larger international or wholesale orders may require a custom shipping quote.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically prepaid at checkout.
